The bill (Reg. No. 11212), submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, suggests determining that state clients should coordinate proposals regarding performance of defense works not only with central bodies off executive power that manage defence enterprises (as it is provided by current standards), but also with “the authorized economic agent on state property management in the military-industrial complex” that includes the abovementioned enterprises.
Paragraph two of part four of article 6 of the Law “On State Defence Order” should be amended.
Committee members upheld the bill, adoption of which will allow for establishing legal basis to regulate relations in the sphere of planning and forming defence order between the state clients and the authorized economic agent on state property management in the military-industrial complex, as well as increasing operating effectiveness of enterprises of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine.
